At our restaurant, we aim to provide excellent food and service to all our customers. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please inform our staff promptly.

We will be happy to remake or replace any item that is not cooked to your liking or is damaged in any way. Simply notify your server and they will assist you.

Because our food is cooked fresh to order, we are unable to offer refunds on dishes that you’ve changed your mind about or do not wish to consume.

Refunds are only available in the case of damaged or defective items. If your food arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know immediately and we will refund the dish or provide you with a replacement.

We take great care in preparing and serving your food just the way you order it. However, occasional mistakes can happen in our busy restaurant. Please bring any issues to our attention right away so we can promptly correct them and ensure you have a pleasant dining experience.

With advanced notice, we may be able to accommodate allergy or dietary restrictions. But custom orders cannot be returned or refunded due to buyer’s remorse.

We appreciate your understanding of our no-refund policy on prepared food items. It allows us to operate responsibly while providing you with the highest quality dining experience.
