Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your food and experience ordering from New York Pizza. However, we understand there may be rare occasions when you need to request a refund or return an item.
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or poor quality, please contact us right away so we can promptly correct the issue by replacing the item or refunding your order. Just have your order details ready and reach out to us through any of these channels:
To receive a replacement or refund, we require that you notify us of any errors or problems with your order within 2 hours of receiving your delivery. We will need a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to process a replacement/refund.
Aside from damaged or incorrect orders, New York Pizza does not normally accept returns or provide refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know within 60 minutes of receiving your delivery and we will try our best to find a fair resolution. This could be a credit for a future order or refund of part of your order cost if we mutually agree that is reasonable given the situation.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately so we can try to accommodate your request before it goes into production. Note that we cannot guarantee changes to orders that are already being prepared or en route for delivery.
For approved refunds, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method used for your order. Refunds are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
